Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026. This page explains what information Miliyard Photography collects when you reach out to us through our website, Instagram, Facebook, or a Meta ad, and how we use it.
What we collect: When you message us on Instagram or Facebook, including through an automated chat that greets you after tapping an ad, we receive whatever you send us — your name (as provided by your Instagram/Facebook profile), your messages, and any answers you give to questions we ask in that chat. If you fill out a contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and message.
How we use it: We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, answer your questions, and follow up about booking a session with us. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your inquiry.
Where it's stored: Messages sent through Instagram or Facebook are stored on Meta's platform and are also subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy. Contact form submissions are stored with our website provider and our email.
Sharing: We don't share your information with third parties, except the service providers that run our website, email, and messaging, who process it only to provide those services to us.
Your choices: You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you at any time by messaging us directly. We'll confirm once it's done.
